Here are the items for your Koh Phangan Full Moon Party survival kit:
Cash. You will need cash in your Koh Phangan Full Moon party survival kit because cash will get you all the drinks and party favors you will need. Make sure your cash in your Koh Phangan Full Moon party survival kit is in Thailand dollars (baht) and that you have enough that you won't run out, as drinks go all night long.
Friends. Make sure you go to the Full Moon Party with some friends or in a group of some kind as part of your Koh Phangan Full Moon party survival kit. It can get pretty wild at the party, and if you are alone, it can get dangerous. Tampering of drinks is a common occurrence, and you could wind up in trouble without this tip in your Koh Phangan Full Moon party survival kit.
Sandals. If you go to the beach party without shoes or sandals then you will risk cutting your feet up on the beach, so sandals should certainly be a part of your Koh Phangan Full Moon party survival kit. Since there is a lot of drinking at the party, bottles often get broken and those who go barefoot end up rearing the consequences. Wear flip-flops, sandals or shoes as part of your Koh Phangan Full Moon party survival kit will help.
The Koh Phangan Full Moon Party survival kit consists of only three things, simple, but important: cash, friends and sandals. Outside of this Koh Phangan Full Moon party survival kit, just make sure you bring a good attitude and a fun personality because these will come in handy as you party till dawn.

Common Sense basics:
Sun cream (make sure you have some on you).
Keep Re-hydrated (alcohol doesn't work that well).
Money (Take only what you plan to spend, I've never need more than 3,000 THB which includes back-up money and have never managed to spend it all).
Cameras and phones (that's up to you - personally I always end up dancing in the sea at some point. If you're with a group of friends then that's different).
Personal Documents - (Thai law states you should always carry some form of Photo ID on you at all times. But it's not a good idea to take your passport to the Full Moon Party).
Accepting drinks from strangers (more for the ladies but it's a good rule for everyone to be aware of).
