The Drop In Bar is one of Koh Phangan's best beach bars. It's located on Haad Rin East, one of the liveliest spots on the island and also houses a resort behind the bar.

Music at the Drop In Bar
This bar stands out from many on the beach as it doesn't blast out a selection of pumping techno and trance tunes, preferring to be more of a chill-out spot with its reggae and rock numbers. However, don't be surprised if you occasionally hear a couple of European house tunes as the locals love to dance.
The bar is open from Midday until 02:00 and serves food, soft and alcoholic drinks and a range of cocktails.
The staff are very friendly and welcoming and both western and Thai food is served. The bar does not come to life until later at night when the music is turned up and the lights dimmed ready for those who want to dance the night away.
