Koh Phangan diving is some of the more relaxing diving in Thailand. Koh Phangan is not famous for diving because the islands of Phi Phi Island and Koh Tao dominate the scene. It is because of this that you can get an authentic, quiet, calm diving experience when you take a boat out from Koh Phangan.
Koh Phangan is also a good place to learn to dive as the class sizes are smaller and the reefs are less crowded than at say Koh Tao.
The main reefs and dive sites from Koh Phangan are sale rock, Koh Ma, Haad Mae Had, Koh Tae Nok and Angthong National Marine Park.
