High Life Bungalows is one of the nicest resorts on Haad Yao, which is one of the fantastic locations on Phangan Island. The resort offers cliff-side bungalows to suit the budget of every traveler. All bungalows are basic but comfortable.

High Life Bungalow is built on side of a cliff with stairs carved into the side of the rock face that lead down to the beach. The steep climb from the beach does get a few groans and complaints along the way, but the views are well worth the extra effort. Only a few bungalows are located at restaurant and pool level with the others being reached by stairs in the garden.

Most of the bungalows are located in a garden setting, all of them have sea and sunset view and come with air-con and hot water. The more luxurious bungalows are more spacious and come with a jacuzzi.

High Life Resort overlooks the beautiful bay of Haad Yao in the Northwest of Phangan Island and has excellent sea and sunset views. From High Life you can walk down easily and in less than one minute you're on the beautiful and popular beach of Haad Yao.

Haad Yao and the High Life Bungalows can be easily reached from Thongsala ferry pier, which is located around 10 kilometers to the south.

I LOVE this place. I've stayed there 4 times now and it's even better since the renovations. It's in a fantastic location and there are bungalows to suit the budget of every traveller. My advice is...   

This place was cool, great beach location quite pricy tho at 1500THB per night we stayed here 3 nights wished we had stayed in Ko Phangan for longer..... The only thing i had to complain...

Stayed here for just over a week, before the pool etc was added, the bungalows are clean and tidy, with comfy beds and a nice view across haad yao. Id say haad yao is the nicest of the accesible...
