Phangan Utopia Resort: Overview
The resort has a wide selection of accommodation available; the cheapest are Classic Thai Style Bungalows with a ceiling fan, while at the other end of the scale are the concrete Modern Rooms all with air-con, hot water, refrigerator, shower, bathtub, cable TV and your personal DVD player.
The accommodation at Phangan Utopia Resort is finished to high standards with a total of 15 constructed rooms and bungalows in a range of styles and prices, all with ensuite bathroom. The emphasis is on quality and style and every effort has been made to ensure the rooms are comfortable, clean, quiet and a pleasure to be in.
Phangan Utopia Resort: Rooms Overview
There is a choice of two styles of A/C rooms, Utopia Suite and Utopia Deluxe. Both of the air conditioning rooms come with American Breakfast in the morning. All of the resort’s A/C rooms have western bathrooms, are fully fitted and furnished and have spacious balconies with stunning views over the Gulf of Thailand and nearby Chaloklum Bay.
There are 4 detached Luxury Suite Thai Style Bungalows tastefully decorated with air conditioning, private bathroom, hot water, bathtub and two single bed; and another 5 Deluxe Mediterranean Rooms just next to the swimming pool with twin or two single beds, air conditioning and private bathroom, bathtub and hot water. The remaining rooms are a fusion of Thai and Mediterranean styles at lower rates for those on a budget. Again the rooms come with a choice of sleeping options, with either double or twin beds available.
Utopia Resort has 3 Classic Thai Style Bungalows all of which have been newly refurbished. All the bungalows have private bathrooms, hot shower, ceiling fan and large open balconies.

Utopia Deluxe Aircon Rooms
These 5 mediterranean style deluxe rooms have been decorated in warm colours that blend in with the wonderful natural surroundings. The air con rooms are tastefully decorated and fully furnished and very spacious. These modern style rooms are set amongst lush tropical gardens that have been tastefully designed to create a wonderful open natural environment. The newly built swimming pool is just a couple of meters away. Equipped with airconditioning, private bathroom, hot shower and bathtub. This deluxe modern style room comes with American breakfast in the morning and for your private entertainment there's even a TV and your personal DVD player. The wide open balcony offers stunning views over the gulf of Thailand.
Utopia Modern Cottages with ceiling fan
These cottages are imaginatively built around the space of the rocks. In harmony with the beautiful landscape you can enjoy the light breeze and lazy away in your hammock if you wish. These modern cottages are positioned at the hill side as to make the most of the amazing scenery whilst ensuring privacy and are generously proportioned to ensure maximum comfort.
Each of the cottages are finished to very high standards; with ceiling fan, hot & cold shower, western bathroom and ceramic floors throughout. The top floor room contains 1 double and 1 single bed for up to 3 persons whilst the ground floor room offers 1 double bed for 2 persons. Utopia Classic Thai Style Bungalows with ceiling fan
These Classic Thai Style Bungalows have been newly refurbished. All the bungalows have private bathrooms, hot shower, ceiling fan and large open balconies. These bungalows are set amongst wonderful tropical gardens with manicured lawns and romantically lit paths.
These rooms come with a double bed and are located on the hillside in our tropical garden with fantastic views over the gulf of Thailand. The bathrooms are ceramic tiled and fitted to Western standards. The emphasis is on quality and style and every effort has been made to ensure the rooms are comfortable, clean, quiet and a pleasure to be in. We booked a thai style room through hostel bookers which gets you a 30% discount. We we picked up from the ferry terminal by wolf and taken to the resort. The views from the resort are absolutely...
I booked the rooms and paid deposit in January since they had good rates for April but as soon as we arrived in Phangan there was no pickup as they said. Phoned them and they said I had no booking...
