This is a decent place to stay particularly for low budget travellers. However, honeymooners or luxury travelers can definitely do better.
While the bathrooms have modern toilets, the showers are...  Firstly - unless you're waiting for the FMP and Had Rin is booked out, there is no reason in the world I can imagine people would want to stay in the BanTai/BanKhai area.
